Hello. I’m Claire Duende, author of The Fortunicity of Birdie Dalal,  a poignant tale of loss, hope and resilience when the world seems bleak.

I live in Cornwall, England with my husband and two cocker spaniels in an old cottage in the countryside. Our two children have now grown up and left home and dogs help to fill the void!

I wrote The Fortunicity of Birdie Dalal in 2020 which is a stand alone novel, but I plan to publish the sequel in the autumn of 2025. If you sign uo for my newsletter I’ll email when it’s out on the market.
